Geosatis Electronic Ankle Bracelet

With its rigid structure, the Geosatis bracelet is particularly robust and less prone to being removed voluntarily or accidentally. The GPS bracelet can be used as a standalone device and additionally as an RF device. A hybrid mode can also be activated, this allows the bracelet to communicate using RF and change to GPS when an alarm is triggered.

The offender must maintain the required separation distance from a person wearing a victim device. Geosatis offers a modular and configurable solution. Our monitoring and management platform provides the opportunity to combine different modes of surveillance. The offender wearing an electronic ankle bracelet cannot approach the victim without generating an alarm. The device allows the victims to feel safe wherever they are. By pressing the panic button, the user sends an alarm to the monitoring station and the device provides its position. The victim can register emergency contacts who will be notified if an alarm is triggered. The camera switches on automatically and pictures are directly transferred to the monitoring station as evidence in a critical situation.

ReliAlert XC3

ReliAlert XC3 is the only one-piece GPS device with patented 3-way interactive voice communication that works like a mobile phone attached to the offenders leg. Patented SecureCuff helps address the critical “strap cut” issue so prevalent in juveniles and high-risk adult offenders. It significantly reduces the number of officer response hours attempting to locate offenders who have absconded and is not offered by any other service provider.

Driven by customer demand to improve the performance and affordability of offender tracking devices, Shadow is the smallest and lightest device of its kind with a sleek, modern design featuring an enhanced mobile charging capability that makes it easier to use. The device is 3G compliant and fully supported by all global mobility providers. Shadow provides seamless and automatic monitoring, enabling routine activities, whether the offender is indoors or outdoors. RF Beacon

Since the ReliAlert and Shadow device demonstrates such outstanding GPS performance, in most cases a beacon is not necessary and is only used if GPS reception has proven to be insufficient. If a location that an offender regularly visits, such as home or work, has insufficient GPS coverage, a beacon may be used to ensure location information via the beacon’s RF location reporting functionality.

Outreach Smartphone Monitoring

The OSM app that was created to reduce the stigma of outdated technology for monitoring offenders and provide a more modern avenue to help them get more positive reinforcement for the duration of the monitoring process. By replacing old technology with modern technology the offenders already own and use everyday we are changing the offenders view and their willingness to comply with monitoring requirements. Outreach accomplishes this by allowing the offender to maintain a more structured “normal” life with minimal testing/check-in disruption. We provide a resource that they carry with them all the time to notify them of tests, court dates, therapy or class appointments as well as provide positive reinforcement that they are being compliant. The monitoring party also has the ability to more closely evaluate an offenders progress and make adjustments as needed.

Empower: Domestic Violence App

This smartphone application works in conjunction with the ReliAlert xc3 and Shadow devices that creates a “mobile” geo-zone around a victim and works in conjunction with the offenders tracking device to provide a reliable, early warning notification to the victim when they are in close proximity to the offender. This unique system only requires a victim to carry a smartphone with the app installed. The app provides location tracking and communicates with the monitoring system; as well as enabling direct communication with the monitoring center and law enforcement. Once the app is installed, it communicates automatically with the monitoring system and syncs the smartphone with the offender’s tracking device; activating the “mobile zone” created by officers. This zone moves with the smartphone and an alert is generated if the offender breaches the zone parameters.
